Zora can’t help feeling out of place at Harrington Middle School. The school is in the suburbs just outside of the city Zora calls home and it is where she is taunted ruthlessly by Hannah and her band of suburban henchmen.

Having lost her father in a car accident when she was seven Zora has learned to be resilient but she does not know how much courage and strength she truly possesses yet. What she does know is that she is tired of Hannah’s bullying and it must come to an end.

Zora has the unyielding love and support of her friends and family, but it might take an unexpected visitor, and an unexpected journey to a place many stars and dreams from here, to help her realize the power and light she has within. And to sing the song she was meant to sing!
